1.磁偶無桿氣缸與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣缸對(duì)比有以下特點(diǎn):
整體安裝尺寸小,軸向空間空間小,大約比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣缸節(jié)省軸向空間44%。
磁耦無桿氣缸推力和拉力兩端活塞面積相等,因此推力和拉力數(shù)值相等,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)中間定位。當(dāng)活塞速度在250mm/s時(shí),定位精度可達(dá)±1.0mm
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣缸活塞桿表面容易堆積灰塵和生銹,桿部密封圈可能會(huì)吸入灰塵雜質(zhì),導(dǎo)致泄露,而磁偶無桿氣缸外部滑塊沒有動(dòng)密封件,無外部泄露。
磁耦無桿氣缸可超長行程規(guī)格,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣缸的內(nèi)徑與行程之比般不大于1/15,而無桿氣缸內(nèi)徑與行程之比可達(dá)1/100左右,行程zui長到3m以內(nèi),滿足長行程使用場(chǎng)合需要。
2.磁耦無桿氣缸與機(jī)械型無桿氣缸對(duì)比:
磁耦型外形較小,兩頭帶有安裝螺紋和螺母,可直接安裝在設(shè)備上。
磁耦型無桿氣缸負(fù)載比較小,適合裝載小型工件或機(jī)械手來動(dòng)動(dòng)作
磁耦型基本型來回動(dòng)作時(shí),可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)滑塊轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),必須加導(dǎo)桿導(dǎo)向裝置,或者選用帶導(dǎo)桿型磁耦無桿氣缸
